took 3 weeks for to start writing on this journey after posting the pics. hahhahha... stil tired i guess... no la.... after the trip.. my schedule got a little bit huru hara here and there. still manageable. this trip.. very difficult to say..... fantastic, successful, awesome, brillaint, .... whatever it is but its worth. we all enjoy the trip.
sydney-day 1
i went to sydney first to see my friend rudy. 2nd time long hours journey in 13 years. i hate long flight. arrived like 8am local time. sydney is windy and cold. the city is just by the river i guess. straight to ibis hotel, darling harbor. good location. only a walking distance to everywhere. in fact i was on foot to opera house. took about 45 minutes while side seeing.

i dropped by at the sydney aquarium. since rudy got new project here. thats how i end up visiting this crocs. the lenght is about 6 meter. just arrived from other zoo after killing 3 other crocs. in other word this is an unwanted croc.

stopped by for lunch at dee why bay.... beautiful.. a lot of people.. swimming, surfing, rollerblading.. well its the end of fall...
went to this places for dinner. just behind ibis on the harbor. walla... superb steak.. two storey.. full house. luckily we booked earlier. i told rudy show me the best steakhouse in town.

sydney-day 2
my flight to melbourne was late in the afternoon. so, i spent the whole morning walking in down town sydney.
oooo i found this for breakfast. just in the mall besides the hotel. its a pancake house. but i forgot the nameof the reaturant.. hahahhah.... the real pancake i had before was like 14 years ago at IHOP in fort wayne, indiana.
the bridge opposite opera house(the pronounce it.... oprah house). very high bridge because i can see tankers and containers vessels went thru the brigde...

left for melbourne on the 2nd day. dont worry if you wanna travel from sydney to melbourne. got a few airline for every half an hour heade for melbourne. i flew via virgin blue. qantas got delay the whole morning due to security breached.
melbourne- day 3
still checked in the same hotel in melbourne. booked before i go. dont wanna have trouble with all dato-datos. you know la these dato2s if not properly arranged. they will keep talking a year after that. so i got a nice aprtment for them. that night i did not go anywhere. a little tired. sleept all night while waiting for them to arrived tommorrow.
they arrived on scheduled. i am very happy to see them. coz i know that moment is just around the corner... the moment... the moment to start riding.. touring ...
we have a lunch in lygon street. food... ok i guess. a lot of restaurants along the street. met a couple of malaysian students.. we did ask them if they can prepare dinner for us... hampehhhhhh.... biasa la malaysia they are all busy hahahaha...
look at pok arr..... just look like GOD OF GAMBLER.... but malaysian version... hehehhe we went straight away to the bike store. cant wait till tomorrow. we 'kautim' to have the bike by that day. we want to leave early the next morning. hahahhahaha finally we hit the road babeh.... what a relief...

melbourne-day 4 (melbourne to halls gap)
started riding early morning after we finish our breakfast... all gear up.. ready to go...

views from melbourne to ballarat....
its all yours pok arr.... when we arrived in ballarat, pok ar is the happiest person. he used to lived here with his brother those days. he brought us to see his playground and his house he used to stay in ballarat.. pok arr... you are the man....

at ballarat war memorial... we did not go to goldtown. we got info that we have to pay to get in and we already late. its not worth of going in so we just look around for scenic places in ballarat.

we stopped by for lunch in beaufort... as usual fish and chips is our menu of the day mate....

we went thru scenic view road in ararat... nice view. starts raining sometimes heavy. temperature is away below our expectations. its freezing.. sejuk ketooo..... the rain did not stop until we arrived in halls gap.
melbourne-day 5
morning in halls gap... its a national park. mountains in victoria. badly effected by the flood recently. the other main ros from rosess gap to halls gap and from hals gap to dunkled was still closed. according to peggy about one thousand over landslide along this two main roads.
we stayed in kookaburra motor lodge. this place runs by a couple peggy and dave.

refuelling before we make a move to great ocean drive(GOD). we have to reroute further up north to roses gap and wartook in order to get to hamilton...
besides hiways... we also rode thru dirt road. what an experience...
in wartook... somewhere this route, temperature showed 6 deg c. on average we rode in 10-20 deg c.
we took our lunch in cavnedish... the best hamburger i ever had. no wonder people all over the country to this reatsurant for the burger.

our journey on the 2nd day was very tough. raining all day long. windy.. dont say about the temperature. we stopped frequently for refreshment. its too cold. warmimh up our self. totally wet. except for anjemang.. he got all covered with waterproff suit. but he told us, he is still cold.

we went thru hamilton and warrnambool before overnite in port campbell. cant think straight before we get to port campbell national holiday park. it was a really tough ride. we ghot warmed up. anjemang, jang and bulu, did the cooking. meka did the laundry.. thank god at least we have dryer to dry our clothes.

getting ready for the 3rd day ride.... move a bit eraly. we have to catch up as much as possibble. last day maaaa...
port campbell... in the morning... shop hardly open at this time..
while waiting for the reatsurant and gas station to open, we saw a dump truck collecting garbage. only one worker on the truck running this machine.. very efficient..

we were back home safe and sound. the trip was wonderful. unforgettable... event of the year i guess. unless we have another oversea trip this year. meka only have minor injury. he is recovering while i am writing this blog. we had planned a litlle bbit on our next trip. may be eastern europe or north america. gotta do some homework for this both route. to all king riders.... i really had enjoyed the journey. without yall guys this trip wont happened. insyallah.. for next trip... mesti cop paspok maaaa.....
